HPP Cares provides one-on-one Disaster Case Management to help survivors navigate recovery— from immediate needs to long-term rebuilding.

- Resource Navigation: Help applying for assistance (local, state, FEMA, nonprofit), replacing documents, and connecting to legal/financial guidance.

- Fire-Hardening Education: Guidance on resilient design and materials so you can rebuild stronger and safer.

- Uninsured Families
If you don’t have insurance, we connect you with free and reduced-cost services, community programs, and financial relief options so you don’t fall through the cracks. - Underinsured Families (Gap Financing Needed)
If your insurance doesn’t cover everything, we step in to help bridge the gap. This may include financial assistance for deductibles, non-covered services, or cost-sharing, along with guidance on appeals and rebuild strategies. - Fully Insured Families
Even with full coverage, rebuilding can be confusing. We help you navigate your policy, maximize your benefits, and connect you with additional support services like mental health resources, education programs, and fire-hardening upgrades.
